“It brings me great joy to accompany you in your process.”

Movement as a Lifepath

Since childhood, I have been passionate about movement and sport. After an accident and ongoing health issues, I was physically limited for several years. I tried many things — but it was Rolfing that offered me a sustainable path out of chronic pain and deep tension, back into mobility, stability, and trust in my body.

Holistic Approach to the Body

This experience led me to dive deeply into bodywork and various healing methods. I trained as a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and mindfulness instructor, and attended further training in Somatic Experiencing. These methods all shaped me — but it was Rolfing that helped me regain my strength and reconnect with the joy of movement.

Supporting People – with Detail and Playfulness

It brings me great joy to support others in their process — whether in individual sessions or in movement teaching. I love teaching, and especially the subtle, personal detail work. In one-on-one settings, the biggest shifts often happen: blockages release, connections become clear, and new movement options unfold.

I have extensive experience working with children — in schools and movement projects — and still regularly teach bouldering with kids. Children bring a curious, playful quality into movement that we as adults can learn a lot from. This lightness and openness are essential elements for me when it comes to discovering new pathways in one’s body.

Strength, Potential and Biomechanics

Today, I am fully capable again and able to pursue my passions such as calisthenics, martial arts, and bouldering. I am particularly fascinated by the biomechanics of the body — how movement originates, becomes efficient, and how we can consciously build strength and potential.

“I'm fascinated by how movement originates –
and how we can consciously build strength and potential in the body.”

This understanding flows into both my work as a personal trainer and as a Rolfer in one-on-one sessions.

Rolfing as a Space for Integration

Beyond the physical level — which often gets neglected in our modern lifestyle — Rolfing opens up an even deeper dimension. Even though I don’t view Rolfing as a classical therapy form, emotional and physical processes are deeply intertwined. Engaging with the body can often touch on inner topics and set them in motion. Embodiment — the conscious sensing and inhabiting of one’s own experience — is a powerful resource for me.

“Sustainable change often begins when we start to understand, allow, and integrate these processes.”

Insurance Coverage in Switzerland

I am registered with the EMR (Swiss Registry for Empirical Medicine) for the method Rolfing® Structural Integration (Method 166). Many Swiss health insurance companies cover part of the treatment costs under complementary insurance plans.

Coverage depends on the insurer and the policy. Some providers also cover sessions on a goodwill basis even without official recognition. I therefore recommend checking directly with your insurance provider before starting treatment.
