Balance is something dynamic...

…it’s not a fixed state.
It’s the body’s ability to continuously adapt to changing circumstances and external pressures.
When we get stuck in habitual patterns, our adaptive capacity diminishes.
This can manifest physically as adhesions in the fascia, chronic tension, and—over time—structural changes and reduced range of motion.
On a mental level, it can lead to emotional stress, inner blockages, and, in the long run, states of anxiety or depression.
In Rolfing, we work on a physical level by addressing the different layers of the body in order to restore balance.
We do this by working with the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds all internal structures—and by increasing body awareness and spatial perception.
A new feeling of vitality.
A new posture.
New perspectives.

“When the body gets
working
appropriately, the force
of gravity can
flow through,
then spontaneously,
the body heals itself.”
Dr. Ida P. Rolf (1896–1979)
