Fascia & Movement / Personal Training with Depth

I offer one-on-one training sessions designed to develop mobility, strength, and body awareness. My approach combines functional fitness, athletic training (like plyometrics and more complex movement contexts), traditional strength training, calisthenics, and fascia-focused work – always with a clear focus on how movement patterns arise and how they can be improved in a targeted and sustainable way.

As a certified personal trainer and Certified Rolfer®, I work not just symptomatically, but aim to create lasting change in the body’s structure and coordination. Rolfing is more than pain treatment – it can also be a highly effective tool for injury prevention and performance enhancement, especially for athletes.

I’ve practiced martial arts for many years and explored a range of sports in depth. I've had the opportunity to work with professional athletes, martial artists, and stunt performers – experiences that deeply inform my practical and biomechanical approach to training.

Fascia-based methods help improve tissue elasticity, movement quality, and recovery capacity. Whether you're looking to prevent injury, refine your movement, or develop athletic potential, I’ll support you with an individualized and integrated training concept.

Private sessions are currently available – in the studio, outdoors, or by arrangement.

“They say ‘strength,’ and I want to hear ‘balance.’ The idea of strength often involves effort — but that’s not what I’m looking for. Strength that comes from effort is not what you need. You need the kind of strength that comes from ease.” – Ida Rolf
